Instrument overview

Developed to control the quality of a standard sieve according with the ASTM and ISO norms, the Occhio Sievecal is a fully automatic instrument. Based on image analysis methods, the sieve is directly placed on a moving table that allows fast surface scanning. Sieve calibration is obtained within just seconds by measuring the apertures and the wire thickness, then generating an automatic report according to the ASTM and ISO standard requirements.

With Occhio Sievecal you can measure:

Related software

The instrument is driven by Callisto 3D software, which controls the entire analysis: ‘SOP’, statistic, reporting and data storages.
